Are we in agreement that we need some bloggers to blog the organized list of people to resign so we can spread the link to their blog?
Yes we surely have many criminal forfeiture actions that have taken place since 12/21. We will also see ( if we can look) Court dockets that have sealed actions on them for Feb. These people will have to respond to the actions or they will be viewed as uncontested and remain in place until the end of their trial
these are docket recordings that are sealed. Although the number is ridiculously large across the Country, they are not necessarily indictments or would would seem to be 10K people. Some Court actions could have many people so the 10K number is misleading and irrelevant. Following the Judge who is handling the sealed case on the otherhand, is not wasted time!
Our problem with Federal Judges will require 5D chess. Trust in POTUS & Team. This will be one of the hardest tasks. Q warned Be careful what you wish for. If you think exposing the corruption in the FBI & DOJ will bring painful CHAOS to our Country, wait until you play out in your minds what exposing corrupt Judges will do. The corrupt Judges ( you are kind to say compromised but I won't be so kind) could be a multi-pronged approach. Because they sit on the bench for a life time, it is complicated. Many, if not most, are former Military. If you look at Trump's EO from ( I think 10/20) He amends Bush's EO to call former military up to active duty. He can call these Judges up to duty, a day later put them under Military Tribunal.That will weed out some ( many) If you notice the Judge who was schedule to hear Flynn's case in Feb recusal, you will see he sat on the FISA Court which gave the wiretap approval. If that Judge or any other Judge sits on a case involving this when credible knowledge of Fraud Upon The Court took place to secure that warrant, they fried their Judaical immunity! Prison for them! Listen carefully to Rep. Gaetz as he spells it out in interviews . lol! Hellova checkmate! He even grins as he talks about it
Any case touched by any of these corrupt people will be challenged. It will bog down our Court system like nothing every seen or considered in our Country. The civil lawsuits will be astronomical! You would be talking about going back in time to the earliest of possible corruption, reviewing ( maybe new trials even) for every defendant. Millions of cases.
Personally, I think it and much more needs rot be done. We need to have a special group reviewing cases at some point once we have all corrupt players identified. We also need all new laws review for at least the standard of arbitrary and capricious! Congress needs ot grow a set and repeal any law grounded in thought/feelings. ( basically wipe out the last 8 years)
NO IT IS NOT! Our system is based on a premise that it is better to let 100 guilty go free than to wrongfully imprison a single innocent. You are right anon to raise your point. I hope it's heard
Upthread I talked about POTUS amending Bush's EO on 10/20 or so. I forgot to mention (very notable) that he chose to amend that EO and didn't touch the EO of BHO which listed off a chain of command in the event of a National Emergency. It becomes insignificant because the most current EO is what matters but it was surely ODD for Trump to skip OBH's EO on the subject and reach backwards that far. I wondered if POTUS did that because he was going to reach back and pull the OHB was not a citizen card therefore any order of Gubbmint hierarchy was invalid under him
