Was it possibly a surprise to the democrats that she stepped forward to testify?

Can emotions be used to influence decisions? Can emotions be used to insert a plant?

Were the democrats so eager for information to attack Trump they let a Team Q plant slip through, tell blatant/provable lies, and open the door for Team Q to take the stand under oath and tell TRUTH?
