People who do not garden have a hard ime realizing the size of an operation it takes to grow enough to sustain people. Take a 4x8 bed of carrots.. that will maybe allow 1 person carrits for a few weeks/month.. a cannabis plant depending on grow method is only going to produce so much.. like your tomatoe plant.. having a few plants for personal use should be 1million % legal across the board.. no questions asked. Having a few plants would not allow someone to become blackmarket kingpin just like raising your own lettuce wont put supermarket or Dole out of business.
