Each of us asks ourselves what is your purpose here?

Is it MUH LUST, MUH FEELZ?

Or is it my service, my country, my God?

I understand the knee-jerk reaction that some have, where they equate respect for fellow anons to self-censoring, a step towards the abhorrent political correctness.

If some of your colleagues interacted with you in a way that expressed "I am interested in you and your kind only for your sexual organs", would your interest in collaboration increase or decrease?

Self-censorship is recognition that what we do as colleagues is more important than past paradigms and past realizations. The realizations were important and the discussion is still merited and relevant. But this topic demands personal reflection from each of us.

What is our purpose here?

Are we selfless?

Is our insistence on absolute freedom of speech driving away colleagues whose collaboration would be useful to our mutual goals?

Reflect on this.
