I started exactly this concept on 1 March. Only eat 3 modest meals per day (but whatever I want to eat), zero snacks, repeat zero.
Have gone down 2 belt sizes and lost the gut almost completely gone, maybe another 4-6 weeks.
Wish I'd weighed myself at the start, but am basing results on clothing and look and feel.
Getting a lot more pussy too. (not really).
