Depp vs Heard was, only because we could watch it live! In the Sussman trial everything was done out of the view of the general public in a way, since no cameras were allowed in that courtroom!
Every single trial, in every single courthouse should be allowable for televised consumption!
But the Feds like to coverup mostly all of their shenanigans in court. It’s extremely unfair to the public at large.
