Yes he is but this deadline on Thursday is for something different. Another investigation. Besides Jim Jordan said last night on Fox they did not plan to impeach RR. Also last night, Sessions stood up for RR, saying it was a mischaracterization of the events that transpired.

At this point, I don't really give a shit who is good and who is bad. Just declassify the damn docs and let the chips fall where they may. Enough already. In reality, it will probably be another month before anything else happens.

What ifโ€ฆjust what if he has not given docs to Congress because of the leaks coming out from the intel cmte's? Sessions backed RR last night. What if he did indeed subpoena some members of Congress emails to find out who has been leaking intel?

24hrs ago I was certain RR was black hat. Now am not so sure. Let's just say for argument sake RR doesn't want to turn over the docs because he thinks it will be leaked by Congress. What is so very ironic is the DOJ leaks like a sieve. For example, remember when Gowdy and Nunes went to DOJ to view secret docs and RR didn't actually allow them to. THey made arrangements for Gowdy/Nunes to come back that Friday to discuss it further. Gowdy and Nunes decided not to go. They didn't annouce anything. Just didn't show up. Well, mfunny thing happened that night. More intel was leaked and if Nunes Gowdy had gone to the meeting, they would have been blamed for the leak.

I look at facts/events that have happened to try and figure out who is who. But, betweeen the lying media and the lying DOJ and the lying Congress, we don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of figuring it out.
