I have gay clients, they had shared finances and othet problems without being able to taje care of each other in sickness etc. The SC could have called it a legal union instead of marriage and achieved the same thing. But they the biblical term and violated people’s faith.
An atty friend has lot of wealthy gay clients and they didny want gay marriages because they be subject to alimony etc.
