Why are Goodlatte, Grassley, and Gowdy requesting a 2nd Special Counsel when they know damn well, having been the ones briefed by Sessions that it would only slow the process down and that Huber has been doing something MUCH better under Horowitz than a 2nd special counsel ever could?
