Noah's ark and the flood are parable.

Revelation 17:15 tells you the waters, where the PROSTITUTE sits, stands for people. The FIRMAMENT separates the "waters above" from the "waters below".

Being covered in pitch means darkness.

Jesus told you, ALL these things are done in parable.

Fox Rothschild LLP Real Estate attorney Mark S. Hennigh represented the landlord of 1170 Market Street, LLC in its lease agreement with the City of San Francisco to house a Linkage Center, a services-focused location where people can find respite from the streets and gain access to a wide variety of resources from the City and its partners.

The Linkage Center is scheduled to open by mid-January and will provide food, water, hygiene supplies, dignity services, social space and staff to assist individuals in the nearby Tenderloin neighborhood as part of an ongoing emergency initiative. The center staff will offer referrals to programs for behavioral health care and treatment, temporary winter shelters, transitional housing, substance use treatment, vocational support, therapy and mentoring as well as child and family care.

“We appreciate the commitment of Tenderloin residents, merchants and community serving-organizations to engage in the development of the Linkage Center,” said Mary Ellen Carroll, Executive Director, San Francisco Department of Emergency Management. “Site staff, including escorts, will be provided by community-based organizations, and the outreach and engagement strategy is being prepared and led by trusted community organizations already engaged in the neighborhood. The Tenderloin Emergency Intervention plan is dynamic and iterative. As the site is activated and ramps up, we will adjust as necessary to ensure our response meets the needs of the Tenderloin community.”

At Fox, Hennigh advises clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, construction, financing, development and tax-deferred exchanges. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College.

San Francisco Tenderloin Linkage Center Closes For Upgrades After Neighborhood Input

sanfrancisco

March 18, 2022 / 1:46 PM / CBS San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) – San Francisco city officials said the Tenderloin Linkage Center is temporarily closed Friday as crews make improvements aimed at not only enhancing the experience for guests but also providing them with more privacy.

The center located at 1178 Market St. opened in mid-January under Mayor London Breed's 90-day emergency declaration for the Tenderloin neighborhood. It aims to serve as a one-stop-shop voluntarily connecting people living on the streets with services and resources, as well as providing basic necessities like food, clothing, and hygiene services.

The improvements being made Friday are in response to feedback from neighborhood residents and guests who requested more privacy.

Under the new improvements, laundry and shower facilities will be relocated from Market Street to an enclosed area. Additionally, furniture upgrades will be made; more tents will be provided; and a larger space will be afforded to better connect guests to social services, city officials said.

Once completed, the center is expected to reopen on Saturday at 8 a.m., at which point regular services will resume seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily.

The center's opening, as well as the 90-day emergency declaration, is part of Breed's larger Tenderloin Emergency Initiative.

Despite the 90-day emergency declaration ending this week, the initiative will remain ongoing and continue to address a variety of issues in the neighborhood, including homelessness, public drug use, open-air drug dealing and violent crime, according to Breed.
