The theory incorporates year over year deltas.

When I was mapping this it was fall 2019, so there were 1 year deltas coming up.

The Potus Tweet saying "pitch perfect" tingled the almonds. I searched Q drops for PERFECT and one of the hits was the "PERFECT PROOF"
