Why does it seem like they control the clock… why let them run it down? Doesn't this allow them to create more and more problems?

I am starting to think we need a new position in Government. Obviously the oversight we have now is garbage. Maybe citizen oversight? I wanted to use jury duty as an example, but people hate jury duty (unfortunate but true). We need to make sure the watchers are not the problem. This fox guarding the hen house nonsense has to stop.
