Red pilling in real world is NOT easy. Kept saying this: "It is easy (very easy) to fool someone. (pause) It is very difficult to tell someone they have been fooled".
Did this for months then something happened. I added this to my saying: "Especially when that someone is yourself'. Don't know why, it just popped into my head.
The 'improved' version is proving to be much better.
