Q I don't understand how the sitting Supreme Court Justices at the time ever made Roe federal law. Seems so odd and obvious. WEre they blackmailed? Most of them were appointed by Republican presidents. Texas only sent it to SCOTUS because they thought for sure it would work in their favor. Huge mistake. What really happened? They know that there is no mention of abortion in the constitution….
