>>1732221 Why are Goodlatte, Grassley, and Gowdy requesting a 2nd Special Counsel when they know damn well, having been the ones briefed by Sessions that it would only slow the process down and that Huber has been doing something MUCH better under Horowitz than a 2nd special counsel ever could? A 2nd Special Counsel would be a disaster. It would reset the entire process. It would bring the resulting trial under DC jurisdiction, allowing the guilty to be tried on their home field, whereas Huber can choose Red territory. And a 2nd special counsel wouldn't be able to subpoena agents that have left the agency, which some of the KEY witnesses have. They know this. We know that Sessions briefed them on the 500 attorney's working to prosecute the ass hats, accomplishing everything they are asking for with a 2nd special counsel. But they are publicly pretending that Sessions is useless.
Gowdy has also made some disturbing comments about the FBI acting appropriately when it planted a spy in the Trump campaign, which I at first thought was quoted out of context. But he later affirmed that position explicitly. The obvious conclusion? They are Black hats trying to slow down the hammer drop. They've just been putting on a good show up til now and finally show their true colors when it truly counts? But that might be over-simplifying things.
We know the media's counter-narrative for when the hammer drops: That this is all a political hit by Trump and his allies to smear opponents, distract from Russia, etc… and is in fact a partisan frame-up/constitutional crisis rather than an actual crime based on real facts. The CNN zombies will believe it no matter what, even if we Clockwork Orange them and force them to review a proof of facts. The other lefties and sleeping middle will be at risk for believing it, unless there is overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Gowdy's job could be saying that the spy was inappropriate to appear more unbiased so that he can later lend his full weight to the credibility of the real hammer (IG report findings) without being accused of being a partisan hack. The Krassensteins and all the other confirmed commie mouthpieces on Twitter were plugging him hard, like he was their champion. Did they fall for it and take the bait? In which case, they are going to have hard time calling him a Trump flunkie later.
Or was/is Gowdy their guy? He has seemed like he's on our side up til now. But maybe he's been a greyhat being forced to play a role, just waiting for a good opportunity to break his deal, and just stepped out of line like Rosenstein? Or has Sessions been using them, feeding them false information knowing they were black hats while they played nice. And they finally figured it out and threw down the gauntlets?
The only thing I can conclude definitively is that they know a 2nd Special Counsel will NOT be good for Trump. What am I missing here guys? Help me out.
