For many of us, we learned all about kids, kid food, kid illness, but we don’t know about dogs and cats. A long time ago, I even let the vet vaccinate a rescue dog we got a year after we stopped vaccinating our own child because I wasn’t prepared with the information to even have a conversation about it.
I’m sharing this document with you, and hope you share it with the people in your life who would benefit from it.

Kind of agree. On the other hand, when you are baking, you are serving the board and totally engrossed in the posts, and it is easy to interact more. I enjoy seeing some of the banter, but a little less ______ would be good. (I tried filling in that blank several times, and I can't find just the right word to say what I mean without it sounding like I'm bitching, complaining, or trying to pick a fight.)
I appreciate how often Baker is willing to step up.

Technically true, of course, but most anons seem to try to not overdo shit posting or frivolous posting that detracts from the point of the board. Having a bit of fun on the job is good, and you are entitled to that.
There are 751 posts available, 4-6 at least of which are probably baker posts for business. A bunch of TYB posts. And about half of the rest are BS shill posts. So not many posts to have focused interaction among anons that leads to a great insight. Some banter and uplifting of each other seems helpful, but a conversation like this just seems wasteful.
