Ms. Jankowicz has advised the Ukrainian government on strategic communications under the auspices of a Fulbright-Clinton Public Policy Fellowship. Her writing has been published by The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and others. She has testified before Congress on multiple occasions and is a frequent television and radio commentator on disinformation and Russian and Eastern European affairs.

J. William Fulbright – Hillary Rodham Clinton Fellowships for US Citizens, 2016-2017
Applications are invited for Fulbright-Clinton Fellowship, formerly known as the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship for 2016/17 academic year. The fellowship provides opportunities for applicants to serve in professional placements in a foreign government ministry or institution in partner governments. Fellowship is awarded for 10 months, from approximately September/October to approximately July/August. Fulbright-Clinton Fellows will spend 32 hours per week in their professional assignments and 8 hours per week pursuing related academic projects. The deadline for applications is October 13, 2015.
Study Subject (s): Embassies, Fulbright Commissions (where applicable) and host country governments will coordinate appropriate professional placements for candidates in all public policy areas including, but not limited to, public health, education, agriculture, justice, energy, the environment, public finance, economic development, information technology, and communications. While all public policy fields are eligible for placement, for some countries, there is a special interest in hosting Fulbright-Clinton Fellows with experience in certain fields; such opportunities will be announced in the fall of 2015.
