Isn't the constitution like a contract? They are/were a business after all. The original contract that they kept expanding to their liking. My guess is If they cannot follow their own makings and found guilty in wrong doings by their peers should step down. Every one of them. But since it's foreign land not apart of the united states it should be removed and a new placed in it's place by the people. just my opinion and does not count.
