If anon is not mistaken search results can change over time. Anon does not pretend to understand the inner workings of google. But anon can envision a situation where anons are changing baby fist search results simply because of their traffic. Maybe baby fist hired reputation defender to drive the image deeper into search results. Remember the physics posit that says you change the state of an object by observing it.
