Google relents after Post fights censorship of YouTube interview with Jan. 6 rioter

Google said Wednesday it will allow a Post video interview with a Capitol rioter to remain on YouTube — after The Post exposed the platform’s censorship of the clip in a front-page story that pointed out the video helped convict the man.
The latest Big Tech attempt to squash The Post’s reporting occurred Monday when the Google-owned video site deleted the interview taped inside the Capitol — saying Brooklyn man Aaron Mostofsky, 35, spouted “misinformation.”
The video featuring Mostofsky, the son of Brooklyn judge Steven Mostofsky, was one of the only professional interviews conducted with a rioter inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. It was cited by many news outlets and the Justice Department used it to help prosecute Mostofsky, who last month was sentenced to eight months in prison.
Mostofsky, who was wearing fur pelts, a police vest and a riot shield that he said he “found,” said in the interview that he joined the first wave of intruders because the election was “stolen” from then-President Donald Trump, who had just finished making a speech with similar claims.
The interview was filmed near the Senate chamber’s doors as Vice President Mike Pence, lawmakers and most reporters fled the violent siege that disrupted certification of the 2020 election.

— the 3 models i use are the 401, 403 and 405. if you like those square fans, those are axial muffin fans. many of those on amazon too

note the unit is all aluminum so it is extremely lightweight (less than 1 pound), and the whole setup uses very little power. the AC fan uses as little as 9 watts and the DC pump is 3.6w so the whole unit runs on less than 15 watts! note that 12v DC computer case fans (of the same physical size) only draw about 5 watts so then you can run the whole setup on less than 10 watts! for off grid use all you need is one 12v (10 watt or higher) solar panel and you're set. if you like the video please rate, like, comment, and share it around

— unfortunately all the peltier based water coolers that are currently on the market are not strong enough to make this setup work (or not for long). these radiators overpower there ability to cool the water within a minute or two and the water warms up (then it just blows room temperature air). i wish this wasn't true - but so far all of the videos that i've seen on making 'peltier based' room air coolers are not true. the best that peltier can do is extend the time that the ice lasts.
— Peltiers are horribly inefficient compared to compressor based coolers. They pump out a ton of heat for the cooling the do. You need a pretty large cooler on the peltier, or the cold side starts heating up too.
— Dry ice is -80 C, that would very quickly freeze up the water in the loop.
