It was never legit.
Speaking in tongues was the ability by the Spirit to speak in a foreign language to get the Gospel spread lickety-split in the days of the Apostles,
from 37 AD to roughly around 100-105 AD,
when the last Apostle, John, died.
Prophecy was involved with laying down the Scriptures.
John was given the Revelation,
thus ending prophecy.
Healing, as far as a sign of an Apostle,
also ended.
However, one may still pray for God's mercy in sickness,
and He has answered such prays at times in various ways,
sometimes as simply wisdom towards a good outcome.
But it's not the same as signs of the Apostles.
