walk on the grass let go of the grief, it's time to rise above the pain and enjoy the pleasure. a meditation teacher taught that life is 50% pain and pleasure, the problem people have is that push the pain away and create more pain, so they have less pleasure. It's not easy to do, but it's doable. When pain comes to mind, say to it out loud, thank you pain, but I'm enjoying pleasure now. Weird sounding yes, but it works. When I have negative self talk, I shout out loud, shut to fuck up and get out of my head. It works when you do it over and over. Very effective
