Last time Tommy went to prison he was warned minutes before a planned attempt on his life by Muslim Thugs. Tommy decided the only way out was to instantly punch one of the would be attackers, knowing he would be restrained by the prison guards and put on solitary.

When Tommy brought this to court. The CCTV showed exactly what Tommy said. Muslims hanging around his cell, the informant telling Tommy and pointing towards them, then Tommy walking straight round and sending the first blow.
