Why would they pull THEIR Trump card so soon? Just before the midterms? That means Midterms = Election Justice = Trump returning in 2023. THAT is what they're trying to prevent, not him running in 2024. They know as soon as the red wave hits, it's GAME OVER for them, or else they would've waited until after midterms to do this, because it looks horrible optically. They have no choice but to play this card! They were cornered into it! Like the last move in chess, just before checkmate.
