Fraud Upon The Court is when (usually) a falsified document swayed a Judges opinion successfully. If it was suggested in a manner which is reasonable to believe ( IE: the Fisa Court warrant and Congressional hearings) A judge SHALL no longer rule in that case. all decisions from that Judge regarding that case ( FLYNN) are rendered NULL AND VOID. Judges have Judicial immunity and can not be prosecuted for criminal actions while on the bench, UNLESSSSSSSS they destroy their immunity. Ruling on a case that has reasonable belief of Fraud Upon The Court will destroy the protection of Judicial Immunity

I think you are missing my point based on your question. Appeals as a matter of law are granted to each individual. My point was about every case that has previously been tried and convicted. They are all called into question. Every case tried by or touched by someone who has been proven corrupt is susceptible to be retried . Easiest way to explain it is : If they were corrupt once, they were always corrupt! What you seem to be talking about is more along the lines of a statute of limitations question.Each indictments ( if that is what we see in the 10k and I am not convinced) could hold numerous people. You can't bank on the 10k means 10k ppl. It could mean 5-10 Court proceedings for a few cases. Each case could have 100 , 1000. 1 million people. You can't make a definitive judgment based on docket numbers labeled sealed. You can however make a definitive judgment that the unprecedented number of sealed Court actions suggests a magnificent law enforcement action. It is absolutely crazy in case you are wondering. Average is about 1000 across the Country for an entire year

please don't let it boggle your mind! Try it with a single Judge on the bench for 20 years or and FBI agent. Then magnify you thought exponentially because that is what would happen if all truths for that single subject were told. Now carry that thought further and understand we have many subjects of incased corruption and evil
