San joaquin county sheriff Sgt Jerry Alejandre (head of Child Abuse Sexual Assault dept aka CASA dept)….he brushed a particular SRA case under the rug, never questioned perps, ran interference for perps in court and through cps by making false reports on parent of victim and blocked the victim from obtaining police reports. Victims relatives tried to open internal investigation on the sgt alejandre. Officer jones in internal investigations told the victims relatives that he will turn the case over to his friend sgt alejandre to investigate himself. Sgt alejandre was then promoted to Lieutenant position. Sgt alejandre also told victims relatives that their case was still being investigated when he had actually closed it.
