I followed these instructions and was finally able to post.
All the problems are not resolved but this is much better that I can once again be involved at a higher level.
I am still having issues, else I would have copied the previous post instructions to include in this post for reference. But some of the issues are due to the age of my laptop and the fact that I stopped updating.
