DEADLINE IN ADVANCE OF THE NOV ELECTION

The county clerks in my state are required to publish a legal notice about the place, date etc. that SECURE BALLOT BOXES/CONTAINERS will be available. (Think 2000 Mules)

In my state, the deadline was 3 days ago, and I need to confirm in the paper newspaper if it was published (I didn't find it in the online version).

Any LAWFAGS around?

Can candidates and/or political parties slap some kind of injunction on the county clerks if they miss the deadline?

I've reached out to the state party, but they haven't been exactly helpful in the past (blue state)……………
