Trump Ally Says He Knows What the FBI Was Looking for in Mar-a-Lago Raid

The lead investigator in the House of Representatives committee on the Trump Russia hoax says he knows why the FBI raided former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, and it didn’t have anything to do with scary-sounding “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons,” as the DOJ got The Washington Post to spread on its behalf.

Kash Patel believes something more is afoot than a beef between Trump, the General Services Administration (GSA), and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

The former federal national security prosecutor and Trump Administration Chief of Staff for the Department of Defense believes the FBI raided Trump’s resort to seek and destroy any documents related to the Trump-Russia hoax — Russiagate — that Trump had previously declassified back in 2020 and 2021.

The former federal prosecutor told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum that Donald Trump issued “sweeping declassification orders” in 2020 and 2021, including the Russiagate and Hillary Clinton email investigation documents.

When that is added to the comments by the Director for National Intelligence (DNI) in the Trump Administration, John Ratcliffe, you begin to wonder what’s really at play here.

Ratcliffe told Fox Business anchor Larry Kudlow, another former Trump official, that “surely this is not about classified documents and the president being in possession of those.” He said, “it has to be more than that because the Department of Justice and the FBI have already set a standard that makes it virtually impossible to prosecute a case like that.”

The Washington Examiner reported that Ratcliffe claimed this was settled back in 2016. “As people talk about Espionage Act and classified documents and all of that, the standard was set in 2016,” with the Hillary Clinton email probe. He said, “the Department of Justice and FBI said six years ago, you gotta be able to prove intent. He’s already denied that he had the intent to do it.”

For his part, Patel says he believes theFBI wants to scrub all of the documents approving the Hillary Clinton election scam about Trump being a Russian secret agent. The FBI, Department of Justice, Perkins Coie law firm, Fusion GPS, and CIA knew the Russiagate narrative was a Hillary Clinton-approved hoax but put their offices in the service of pushing it and “investigating” it to keep Trump out of the White House. Now they’re back to do it again in 2024.

On his Truth Social account, Patel wrote, “DOJ and FBI – and vindictive librarians at NARA – continue to perpetuate the Russia hoax by ‘seizing’ documents that President Trump declassified and the American people need to see. … Bottom line, they never want you to see their corrupt Russia Gate documents and will use any and all power to keep them from the American people.”

Patel told Fox News that the declassified documents haven’t been released to the public. Is it possible that the DOJ believes it is above the president in determining which documents may come out? Because that doesn’t pass the sniff test.

“[Trump] issued a strong statement in October of 2020 declassifying all Russia gate and Hillary email documents and that’s all publicly available,” said Patel. “He declassified whole sets of documents that should have come out.”

Trump said via Twitter, before the Left-wing social media company de-platformed the president, “I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!”

Where are those documents? Who has those documents?

Patel said, “the GSA could have dealt with the department of justice, that would have been my move as a national security prosecutor that prosecuted terrorism cases all the time.” But he said this is an “extreme national security measure” taken for “a wholly unnecessary national security approach.”

But something’s missing: Why did the DOJ send the FBI into the middle of a NARA beef?

This would answer the question of why Attorney General Merrick Garland signed off on the search. Does it have to do with wanting to hide the embarrassing and unethical actions undertaken by deep state actors?

Attorney: Trump Watched the Mar-a-Lago Raid as It Happened

Donald Trump’s attorney says the former president watched the FBI raid at his Mar-a-Lago home from his location in New York City on Monday and had a “better idea of what took place” than she did. Attorney Christina Bobb was outside the Palm Beach resort at the time of the FBI raid, attempting to get a copy of the warrant against the former president and answer questions.

She told Dr. Gina Loudon on Real America’s Voice that Trump probably had a better view of what was happening inside than she did, because he had access to the CCTV cameras.

“It’s kind of funny. I think the folks in New York, President Trump and his family, probably had a better view than I did because they had the CCTV, they were able to watch,” Bobb said. “I was, you know, I was stuck in the parking lot there to, you know, collect paper and answer questions,” she said. She added that the Trump family was “actually able to see the whole thing. So they actually have a better idea of what took place inside.”

Bobb was asked about reports that the FBI demanded the CCTV cameras be turned off during the raid, in which boxes of records and photographs and thousands of documents were taken from the former president’s Florida residence.

“They did,” Bobb said. “[Initially, the FBI] said ‘you have to turn off all the cameras’ and, of course, the staff complied.” She said the staff reported that to Trump’s attorneys, “and attorneys jumped in and said, ‘no, actually, you do not have to turn them off.’ So shortly thereafter they turned them back on.”

If true, the revelation raises questions about Trump’s claim that the FBI planted things in his Mar-a-Lago home. Does he have video proof? How good were the angles of those cameras?

The claim is also reminiscent of Trump’s claim of recording the meeting with disgraced and fired FBI Director James Comey, who claimed that the president demanded “loyalty” from him. Trump responded by saying that Comey had “better hope that there are no ‘tapes’ of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!” He later admitted he’d made no tapes of the conversation, but who can blame him for wanting a record? Comey claimed Trump was not a target of any DOJ matters in private conversations but refused to say so in public. Comey briefed Trump about the notorious fake “pee tape” and then leaked the briefing to CNN. The outlet wouldn’t have run the fake “Russian dossier” story without a news hook; Comey’s briefing provided that hook. Comey also intentionally leaked another Trump story — his notes of meetings with the sitting president of the United States, which were not his to share — with the news media. He wasn’t raided.

The warrant and additional documents — sans affidavits explaining what the FBI was looking for and why — allowed the agents to search the entire Mar-a-Lago resort.

Property to be searched

The premises to be searched, 1100 S Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480, is further described as a resort, club, and residence located near the intersection of Southern Blvd and S Ocean Blvd. It is described as a mansion with approximately 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms, on a 17-acre estate. The locations to be searched include the “45 Office,” all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate. It does not include areas currently (i.e. , at the time of the search) being occupied, rented, or used by third parties (such as Mar-a-Largo Members) and not otherwise used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff, such as private guest suites.

NewsNation reports that “investigators discovered classified documents in two areas: Trump’s personal office above a ballroom and in a storage room near the pool. Sources say there were ‘boxes everywhere.'”

CIA Conspiracy Theory: John Cusack Suggests Donald Trump Hoped to ‘Cash In’ on Documents Kept at Mar-a-Lago

Undercover CIAHollywood star John Cusack claimed Friday that former President Donald Trump was looking to sell documents that are allegedly at the center of the FBI’s raid this week at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

The Say Anything star made the allegation in a tweet Friday that he appears to have deleted, then reposted.

Cusack reposted and commented on speculation by Walter Shaub, a “Senior Fellow” at a government oversight nonprofit. “If [Trump] kept nuclear secrets in a locked storeroom at a golf resort for a year and a half, it seems hard to believe that our government remains the only one with copies,” Shaub wrote on social media. Cusack appeared to endorse the conspiracy claim, based on anonymous sources telling the Washington Post that the FBI was searching Mar-a-Lago for “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.” The actor asserted without evidence that the former president is “in debt” and is “comprimised [sic] all over the world” and thus would be likely to sell state secrets for personal profit.

Cusack even cited the fact that the late Ivana Trump is buried at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, as proof of the former president’s duplicity and all-consuming greed.

Cusack is the latest Hollywood celebrity exploiting the FBI’s raid to attack President Trump. Hollywood elites including Michael Moore, Rob Reiner, Michael Rapaport, George Takei, and Rosanna Arquette all gloated and cheered the raid.

As Breitbart News reported exclusively Friday, the FBI waited nearly three full days from the time the search warrant was issued to execute the raid — undermining the insinuation that agents were responding to an urgent national security concern.

The raid only appears to have boosted Trump’s popularity among Republicans. Politico reported that a record high of 58 percent of Republican voters now say they would vote for Trump in a 2024 presidential primary.

A recent survey found the FBI’s raid has motivated most Americans to vote in the midterm election in November, with 70.4 percent, saying the FBI’s raid of Trump’s residence will increase their motivation to vote
