Dr. Birx Book: Pharma Companies Responsible for ‘Thousands’ of Deaths During COVID Peak.

Former White House coronavirus task force spokesman Ambassador Deborah Birx has effectively laid blame for thousands of deaths at the door of big pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Moderna, claiming their refusal to pursue a “compassionate use authorization” for the COVID-19 vaccines led to a delay which directly impacted nursing home residents, The National Pulse can reveal.

The details come in the final parts of Birx’s little read book – Silent Invasion – wherein she details how she used “subterfuge” to get around the will of the Trump administration, as well as naming Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner and Vice President Mike Pence as her “go to” people in the government.

In Chapter 19, entitled “Winter Is Here,” Birx turns her guns on the same pharmaceutical companies she and her colleague Anthony Fauci promoted and protected during the COVID-19 outbreak. Specifically, she points out the corporates who were shielded by government from liability failed to get vital doses of their vaccines into the arms of those who needed it earliest: the elderly:

“Getting as many people inoculated as quickly and equitably as possible remained one of my priorities. In addition to “emergency use authorization,” or EUA, the FDA also has the authority to allow the use of therapeutics and vaccines (and the use of experimental drugs to people outside clinical trials) under what’s called “compassionate use authorization,” or CUA. Lacking the holy grail of emergency use authorization (which was pending), I continued to try to find a way to get the highest-risk group immunized as quickly as possible. In early November, I asked Tony and Steve to approach Moderna and Pfizer and urge them to apply for CUA while their vaccines’ efficacy was still being determined but safety was fairly clear. With a CUA in hand, we could inoculate any nursing home residents who wished to be. Whether they volunteered for the jabs or not, at least they’d have the option.”

FBI Seized Records Protected By Attorney-Client Privilege During Trump Raid, DOJ Refuses Trump Request for Special Master to Review

Some of the documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago were protected by attorney-client privilege, according to a new report.

At least five of the boxes taken during the raid are said to have contained protected documents.

Fox News reports, “the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.”

The sources who spoke to Fox explained that the Justice Department also opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.

During the raid, the Justice Department allegedly seized documents that were marked as classified, but former President Donald Trump maintains that they had been declassified while he was in office.

“Sources told Fox News that some records could be covered by executive privilege, which gives the president of the United States and other officials within the executive branch the authority to withhold certain sensitive forms of advice and consultation between the president and senior advisors,” the Fox report says. “It is unclear, at this point, if the records include communications between the former president and his private attorneys, White House counsel during the Trump administration, or a combination.”

The search warrant and property receipt from the raid were unsealed on Friday by Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart after Attorney General Merrick Garland requested that he do so.

“The locations to be searched include the ‘45 Office,’ all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate,” the warrant stated.

According to the receipt, the feds took about 20 boxes of documents from Trump’s residence.

Many Republicans believe that the raid was part of a plot to prevent Trump from running in 2024, but it has only boosted his popularity in the party and support for his potential run.

Tina Peters Sues Colorado Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, for Illegal Recount – Massive Corruption Is Being Covered Up in Colorado

Colorado Secretary of State candidate, Tina Peters is suing the corrupt Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold due to her performing a recent recount that was illegally executed.

Peters wants a recount according to the law. She believes this will prove that she won the recent 2022 GOP primary.

The Democrats and Dominion are doing all they can to stop this recount because if Peters is right, it will prove that the recent primary was stolen — which was likely.

Peters was dining over lunch when she was arrested on bogus charges in Colorado in 2021. Peters was told to perform an activity on her voting machines in Colorado which Peters feared would erase the memory in the machine back in 2021. In response, Peters obtained an expert who made a forensic copy of the machines in her jurisdiction before performing the task. Voter records in national elections, including machine data, are to be maintained per federal law for 22 months after the election. Destroying the data on these machines would have been a crime. Apparently, all the other counties in the state deleted information from their voting machines by performing the task ordered by the far left Democrat Secretary of State, Jena Griswold.

What Peters found on those machines is what the Democrats, RINOs, the Deep State, and voting machine companies did not want to be found.

Peters is being punished by these individuals and their corrupt media rather than being praised as an American hero.

Pelosi is not only a major investor in Borqs, a player in the Chinese internet-of-things and 5G sector, but has also worked as a consultant for the firm, rewarded for his services with 700,000 shares in the firm, at which time his holdings were exceeded only by CEO Pat Sek Yuen Chan.

Upon learning that Pelosi Jr. had tagged along with his mother’s delegation, several Taiwanese politicians, including the former chair of the island’s financial supervisory commission, Tseng Ming-chung, have demanded to know whether the island’s ruling Democratic Progressive Party had a financial relationship with the Pelosi family and whether the congresswoman’s visit involved business interests.

The younger Pelosi was not listed as a member of the delegation and had no government post or other stated mission to carry out.

It is unclear what Pelosi Jr.'s role at the company was.

Additionally, Pelosi Jr. was appointed to the boards of two lithium mining companies in 2020 and 2021. His appointments have drawn new scrutiny following his visit to Taiwan, a lithium mining capital.

His role involves "making explicit introductions between Altair and potential strategic partners in the various industries of interest for expansion," according to a press release at the time.

World Economic Forum Publishes Article Calling for Global Censorship Using AI and Human Intelligence

An opinion article published on the World Economic Forum (WEF) website has proposed creating an artificial intelligence program that could end up acting as a comprehensive global censorship tool.

In the article, writer and cybersecurity expert Inbal Goldberger proposes combining a powerful AI network with input from human intelligence data to track and preemptively stop certain content from circulating online.

“Since the introduction of the internet, wars have been fought, recessions have come and gone and new viruses have wreaked havoc,” Goldberger writes. “While the internet played a vital role in how these events were perceived, other changes—like the radicalization of extreme opinions, the spread of misinformation and the wide reach of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—have been enabled by it.”

The article mentions the importance of deciphering the coded language used by child abusers and pornographers to disseminate CSAM and removing the content before it’s widely shared.

But along with this, Goldberger also mentions that the AI would be used to detect “extremism,” “disinformation,” and “hate speech.”

The proposed AI program would be supplemented by “off-platform” human intelligence gathering, Goldberger stated.

The article has been widely criticized on conservative news sites.

A report for The Daily Caller pointed out that social media companies are known to target conservative content online, including posts that are critical of gender ideology, climate change theories, COVID-19 policies, and vaccine safety. Some of this content is already labeled as misinformation and hate speech and is even blocked entirely on some platforms,

In response to the online backlash against the article, the WEF added a note to readers at the top of the page.

“Please be aware that this article has been shared on websites that routinely misrepresent content and spread misinformation,” the note reads, adding that the content of the article is “the opinion of the author,” not the World Economic Forum.

“Please read the piece for yourself,” the note says. “The Forum is committed to publishing a wide array of voices and misrepresenting content only diminishes open conversations.”

The WEF is known for promoting a globalist agenda that’s “more social engineering than economics,” China expert Antonio Graceffo wrote in an article published in The Epoch Times. The social engineering includes pressuring companies to “comply with WEF social dictates.”

The WEF also has ties with the Chinese Community Party (CCP), and its programs feature Chinese politicians and businessmen. In a virtual dialogue held in July, Ma Jun, a CCP banking official, called for mobilizing private capital to “avoid funding activities” that damage nature.

“Basically, what Ma Jun is saying is that companies that do not comply with the globalist agenda will be cut off from borrowing,” Graceffo wrote.

And at the WEF annual summit in March, the head of Alibaba Group talked about a system that will monitor people’s individual carbon footprints, calculated by analyzing their eating habits, travel habits, and other behaviors.

Trump Calls FBI Raid ‘Another Form of Election Cheating’

Former President Donald Trump said the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida was politically motivated, and that the Democrats had been known for using the Department of Justice to sling mud at Republicans.

“The RAID was Politics, the Midterm Elections, and 2024. It’s another form of Election CHEATING—That’s all the Radical Left Democrats know what to do. They use the FBI & DOJ to try and dirty up their opponents, but the people of our Country are wise to them like never before. Be careful what you wish for!” Trump wrote in a statement on his Truth Social platform on Aug. 13.

FBI agents seized about 20 boxes of items during a raid of Trump’s resort on Aug. 8, along with documents marked as confidential, classified, and top secret, according to a warrant and a property receipt unsealed by Judge Bruce Reinhart on Aug. 12. However, Trump has said that the documents were “all declassified.”

The warrant said the FBI was investigating the former president for possible violation of three different laws, including one that prohibits gathering, transmitting, or losing information related to national defense under the Espionage Act.

The FBI raid has significantly boosted voter enthusiasm. According to a survey released by the Convention of States Action and The Trafalgar Group, 83.3 percent of Republicans, 71.7 percent of Independents, and 55.2 percent of Democrats said the raid increased their motivation to vote in November.

Among Independent voters, the survey found that 53.9 percent said they believe “Trump’s political enemies” were behind the raid, with 35.3 percent believing it was the “impartial justice system,” and 10.8 percent saying they were not sure.

Trump has not made a public announcement about running for president in 2024. However, during a speech at a rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona on July 22, he hinted at a possible 2024 run when he said “We may have to do it again.” In July, he told New York Magazine that he has made up his mind about whether to run in 2024 but the “big decision” is when to make the announcement.

Some GOP lawmakers have also suggested the FBI raid was an effort by Democrats to stop Trump from another bid for presidency.

“This is a political hit job, designed to stop President Trump from seeking the White House in 2024,” Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) wrote on Twitter on Aug. 9. “It will not stand. We are demanding immediate oversight hearings in Congress.”

“The FBI engaged in partisan politics by raiding President Trump to try and damage the America First movement ahead of the 2022 midterms and to try and harm President Trump’s chances of defeating their preferred Democrat candidate in 2024,” Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) wrote on Twitter on Aug. 9.

In separate posts on Saturday, Trump criticized the FBI for being “corrupt” and how the agency went about its search of his home.

The FBI has “a long and unrelenting history of being corrupt,” Trump wrote. “In the modern era, nothing has changed except that it has gotten far worse. … They spied on my campaign, pushed the FAKE Dossier, and illegally used the FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] Court.”

“NOW THEY RAID MY HOME, ban my lawyers and, without any witnesses allowed, break the lock that they asked us to install on the storage area that we showed them early on, which held papers that they could have had months ago for the asking,” Trump added.

“The whole World was watching as the FBI rummaged through the house, including the former First Lady’s closets (and clothing!), alone and unchecked,” Trump continued. “They even demanded that the security cameras be turned off (we refused), but there was no way of knowing if what they took was legitimate, or was there a ‘plant?’ This was, after all, the FBI!”

A new law being championed by Germany’s left-wing government will allow citizens of the European nation to legally change their name and gender on an annual basis and will make it punishable by law not to refer to someone by their “preferred pronouns.” Germany’s LGBT lobby hails the new law, which gives government authority over parents when it comes to childhood gender changes, as a means to “celebrate gender diversity.”

Germany’s so-called Self Determination Act will replace the country’s Transsexual Law, which has been in place since 1980 and sets standards for legally changing one’s gender. According to Germany’s LGBT lobby, the Transsexual Law is too restrictive and costly, as those seeking to change their gender have to be assessed by two experts and have a judge rule on it.

The Self Determination Act is expected to pass through Germany’s left-wing Bundestag parliament, which is controlled by the socialist SDP and in coalition with The Greens. Under the law, all Germans ages 14 and above will be permitted to legally change their name and gender each year.

“The Self-Determination Act will improve the lives of transgender people and recognize gender diversity,” Germany Family Minister Lisa Paus has said of the legislation, hailing it as central to creating a “diverse and modern society.”

“In many areas, society is further ahead of legislation. As a government, we have decided to create a legal framework for an open, diverse and modern society,” Paus says.

In addition to creating a name and gender free-for-all, Germany’s so-called Self Determination Act will have police pursuing those who don’t address others by their “preferred pronouns,” a move that mimics efforts by American leftists who have tried to legislate pronoun use for the sake of their gender identity agenda.

Dozens killed in church fire

The blaze broke out during mass at a Coptic church near Egypt’s capital of Cairo

A massive fire in the Coptic Abu Sifin church in the Egyptian city of Giza has claimed lives of at least 41 people, local media reported, citing health officials. The blaze, which broke out during mass on Sunday attended by some 5,000 worshippers, also left at least 55 people injured.

According to police, an initial investigation showed that the fire started due to an electrical short circuit in an air-conditioning unit.

“People were gathering on the third and fourth floor, and we saw smoke coming from the second floor. People rushed to go down the stairs and started falling on top of each other,” a worshipper identified as Yasir Munir told Reuters. The fire reportedly caused a stampede.

“Then we heard a bang and sparks and fire coming out of the window,” said Munir, who was himself on the ground floor together with his daughter and was able to escape. Photos and videos of the aftermath of the fire show charred pieces of furniture strewn across the burnt-out rooms of the church.

Italy Elections: Salvini Party MP Hospitalised After Migrant Threw Rock at Car on Motorway

An Italian member of parliament from populist Matteo Salvini’s League party was hospitalised this week after a migrant threw missiles at moving vehicles along a major Italian motorway.

League MP Claudia Gobbato was injured and taken to hospital after the migrant, a 22-year-old Egyptian national, allegedly threw an object at her vehicle, smashing the windscreen and causing glass to hit her in the eye as she was travelling with her family for their summer holidays.

The incident took place on Friday morning at around 9:30 a.m. on Italy’s important and busy A1 motorway, known as the Autostrada del Sole, between Lodi and Casalpusterlengo. Two men aged 22 and 65 were also injured as a result of the Egyptian throwing objects at vehicles, Il Giornale reports.

The Egyptian migrant is said to have been taking a high-speed train when he pulled the emergency brake and got off, then made his way to the busy motorway where he started throwing various projectiles, including throwing a stone at a train, forcing it to stop and causing delays on the Milan-Bologna line.

When police arrived on the scene, the 22-year-old threatened to kill himself with a sharp object but was subdued by officers using a taser. In total, at least twenty vehicles were impacted by the migrant’s actions.

Following his arrest, the Egyptian was taken to a mental health centre in Codogno, while Prosecutor Domenico Chiaro stated that the man will face various charges, including attacking transport security.

League Leader Matteo Salvini commented on the incident on Twitter, saying: “Solidarity with the people involved, a hug to a mother from the League who was injured by shattered glass. I can’t wait for some security to return to this country.”

The incident is just the latest case of a migrant causing havoc in Italy in recent months, and comes after another migrant from Morocco was caught on video engaging in a machete attack in Turin.

The 28-year-old Moroccan was also said to have issues with mental health and had been involved in several other violent incidents prior to when the footage was filmed in early June.

The United States’ plans to isolate Russia in the world have failed, which explains Washington’s attempts to label Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism with the hands of others, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday.

"They are using others to materialize their idea [to add Russia to this list]. As a matter of fact, the Baltic states have already spoken out on this topic," she said in an interview with the Voskresny Vecher (Sunday Evening) with Vladimir Solovyov program on the Rossiya-1 television channel.

She stressed that the West has failed to isolate Russia, as it has failed to cancel Russian culture and history. "It did not happen. The world has paid no heed to everything Washington was saying. The West has self-isolated from our country and then it triggered Plan B - to do harm wherever possible. Mostly by proxy," she said, adding that Washington prefers to do it via those countries, which joint the European Union not long ago. In her words, the governments of Eastern European nations are not "the elite, which is responsible for its steps," and Washington is making use of it.

She recalled that Moscow has clearly explained to Washington which consequences this step (listing Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism) may entail. "If they can read, they, probably, understand. We have said that many times - not only orally, but also in written commentaries, and even translated them into English. So, the question is to the people we deal with. But everything has been said many times," Zakharova stressed.

Latvia’s parliament on Thursday adopted a statement recognizing Russia’s actions in Ukraine as terrorism and declaring Russia a state sponsor of terrorism. Apart from that, the Latvian lawmakers called on EU countries to suspend issuing entry visas to Russian nationals. Commenting on this statement, Zakharova said that Latvia’s steps are rooted in visceral xenophobia and have no grounds.

Ukraine also called on the United States to add Russia to the list of state sponsors of terrorism. The same calls have been heard from a number of US lawmakers.

Scotland cut down 14 million trees to make way for wind turbines

Scotland, site of the recent United Nations 26th Conference of the Parties (COP26) climate summit, has cut down 14 million trees to make room for new wind power installations.

As reported in The Herald, the tree removal was for 21 wind turbine projects.

“The Scottish Government has moved to reassure that more trees have been planted, but it is unknown what proportion of these are mature plants that play a bigger role in turning carbon into oxygen.

“A Scottish conservation charity, which has planted almost two million trees across the Highlands, believes that both wind farms and trees are key to reducing carbon levels.”

The tree removal seems especially ironic given that world leaders supposedly agreed to end deforestation by 2030 at the recent COP26 climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland.

The Herald further reports that: “A spokesman for Forestry and Land Scotland, said: ‘Renewable energy and forests are key to Scotland’s contribution to mitigating climate change and FLS is successfully managing both elements.

“‘The figure for trees felled for windfarm development on Scotland’s forests and land, as managed by FLS, over the past 20 years is 13.9 million. However, it should be noted that these trees – being a commercial crop – will have eventually have been felled and passed into the timber supply chain in any case.’”

Yet once wind turbine instillations are placed on the site where the trees once were, the trees can no longer be regrown there as part of a sustainable timber supply chain.
