Biden’s Justice Department Subpoenas Trump Lawyer Eric Herschmann

Joe Biden’s Justice Department subpoenaed Trump’s former White House lawyer Eric Herschmann, Politico reported.

The grand jury investigating the January 6 Capitol protest summoned Trump’s former lawyer, according to Politico.

Recall, Herschmann told the January 6 panel about an exchange he had with Trump lawyer John Eastman on January 7, 2021.

Herschmann pushed back on Eastman when he disclosed his plans to contest the 2020 election.

“And I said to [Eastman], ‘Are you out of your F*cking mind?’” Herschmann told the J-6 panel, according to Politico. “I said, ‘I only want to hear two words coming out of your mouth from now on: orderly transition.’”

And now Biden’s Justice Department is harassing Herschmann.

Herschmann also defended Trump in the first impeachment trial.

House Democrats impeached President Trump over a phone call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.

Herschmann RIPPED Adam Schiff for fabricating

“Remember the fake transcript that manager Schiff read when he was before the Intelligence committee?” Herschmann said. “His mob, gangster-like fake rendition of the call? Well, I prosecuted organized crime for years.”

Herschmann continued, “What House manager Schiff tried to create for the American people is completely detached from reality. It is as if we are supposed to believe that mobsters would invite people they do not know into an organized crime meeting to sit around and take notes to establish the corrupt intent.”

Gascón Dodges Recall After Los Angeles County Bans Observers From Monitoring Recall Vote Count

Radical Marxist Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón dodged recall efforts after Los Angeles County banned observers from monitoring the recall vote count.

Observers were not allowed to monitor the vote counting in the effort to recall George Gascón.

The Gascón recall petition was approved in January after the residents of Los Angeles had enough of the Soros DA’s soft-on-crime policies.

But there was a catch…

The Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters said observers are only allowed in standard elections and the recall does not qualify.

On Monday the Los Angeles County registrar announced that the recall efforts failed because not enough valid signatures were collected.

According to the LA County Registrar, 520,050 signatures were valid and 195,783 were not valid.

Here’s the breakdown of the invalid signatures according to the registrar:

Not Registered: 88,464

Max Number of Times Signed (Duplicate): 43,593

Different Address: 32,187

Mismatch Signature: 9,490

Canceled: 7,344

Out of County Address: 5,374

Recall, George Gascón announced radical policy changes shortly after he was elected in late 2020:

1) End cash bail by January 2021

2) Conviction integrity unit

3) No death penalty

4) Felony charging no longer seeking enhancements i.e. gang affiliation

5) Juveniles will not be tried as adults

6) Use-of-force review board to reopen fatal officer-involved shooting cases going back to 2012!

Gascón was previously the DA of San Francisco and absolutely turned that place into a hellhole.

Georgia County That “Found” 2600 Votes for Trump in Nov. 2020 is MISSING Election Day Log Files

During the Georgia recount in the November 2020 election, The Gateway Pundit reported that Floyd County came under tremendous scrutiny from the state’s voting system manager, Gabriel Sterling when they allegedly “found” approximately 2600 votes. The error was immediately written off as a failure to upload a machine’s memory cards. According to Sterling, “it’s not an equipment issue. It’s a person not executing their job properly. This is the kind of situation that requires a change at the top of their management side.”

While Sterling was saying on November 16, 2020 that it was a memory card that wasn’t uploaded, the officials that were in the Floyd County elections offices on November 17, 2020 said they didn’t think it was a memory card and that they could “rule out a memory card that wasn’t scanned”, as they confirmed this assertion amongst themselves. The Dominion reps in the background of course had no comment, but did not refute the officials that ruled out the memory card.

Ironically, the same “missing memory card” excuse has happened in several other locations during the recount. And again in the 2021 election in Dekalb County. And again in the 2022 primary election in Fulton County. Perhaps a more logical explanation is in order. Standby.

In the military, if a junior officer or NCO fails to “execute their job properly”, you could potentially chalk it up as a mistake. If more than two have the same failure, there is perhaps a top down leadership issue. If it happens consistently, year after year after year, it’s time to scratch the entire system and call into question any results derived from that system. (It’s also worth noting that a ranking officer who falsely throws his lieutenants and captains under the bus in the name of self-preservation is among the lowest life forms in existence)

DOJ asks judge to keep Mar-a-Lago affidavit sealed to preserve its ongoing criminal investigation

The Department of Justice asked a judge to keep the affidavit sealed for the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago in order to preserve an ongoing criminal investigation.

The development comes during a national debate over whether the FBI search at the residence of former President Donald Trump was a justifiable law enforcement action or if it was inappropriately motivated by politics.

“Disclosure of the government’s affidavit at this stage would also likely chill future cooperation by witnesses whose assistance may be sought as this investigation progresses, as well as in other high-profile investigations,” the Justice Department argued.

“The fact that this investigation implicates highly classified materials further underscores the need to protect the integrity of the investigation and exacerbates the potential harm if information is disclosed to the public prematurely or improperly,” they added.

CNN, the Washington Post, NBC News and various other news organizations have asked for the affidavit to be unsealed.

The Department of Justice added that unsealing the affidavit could “cause significant and irreparable damage to this ongoing criminal investigation.”

Law expert Neal Katyal tweeted his approval of the request from the DOJ.

"DOJ is appropriately resisting disclosure of the Mar A Lago search affidavit because it will compromise their ongoing investigation," Katyal wrote. "This is very standard and right. That said, what they said especially about witnesses will invariably drive Trump to be even more worried."

Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, said that the request was a "cover up" in a statement on Twitter.

"Biden DOJ refuses @JudicialWatch court request to release affidavit used to justify warrant for sham raid on Trump's home," he tweeted.

Trump has blasted the search at his home and accused the Biden administration of corrupting the law enforcement powers of the executive branch for the sake of political expedience.

On Friday, a judge unsealed the search warrant and property receipt for the search and revealed that 11 sets of classified documents had been removed from Mar-a-Lago.

Russia chases off UK spy plane

An interceptor was sent to escort a British RC-135 that violated airspace near Murmansk in western Russia

A Royal Air Force spy plane violated Russian airspace in the Barents Sea near Murmansk, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday. A MiG-31 interceptor was dispatched to escort the RC-135 surveillance jet from the vicinity of Cape Svyatoy Nos, near the major bases of the Russian Navy’s Northern Fleet.

The MiG-31BM interceptor on duty with the border air patrol identified the aircraft and compelled it to stop its violation of Russian airspace, the military said in a statement. Moscow identified the location of the incident as Svyatoy Nos, a cape on the Kola Peninsula, east of Murmansk in western Russia.

While the Russian Defense Ministry offered no further details about the incident as of Monday evening local time, FlightRadar showed a Royal Air Force RC-135 flying off the coast of Murmansk earlier. The RAF spy plane with the designation RRR7255 made several loops before heading for the entrance to the White Sea, violating Russian airspace in the process.

The plane is seen currently flying back to the RAF base in Waddington, Lincolnshire, the hub of the RAF Intelligence Surveillance Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) command.

Monday’s incident was the first incursion of NATO aircraft into Russian territory since the conflict in Ukraine escalated in February. Earlier that month, Moscow said that a US submarine was spotted and chased off from Russian waters near the Kuril Islands in the northern Pacific. The Pentagon denied all allegations.

This is the second British trespass into Russian territory since June 2021, when Royal Navy destroyer HMS Defender sailed off the coast of Crimea. The most recent known incident in the Barents Sea was in July 2021, when three nuclear-capable US B-52 bombers approached Russian airspace, but were escorted away before they could trespass.

According to Russian officials, the number of reconnaissance NATO flights near the state border grew by more than 30% in 2021.
