He notes that the Russians have already claimed that it is the UK which which has been furnishing mil intel to the Ukrainians and that UK SFs may have even been involved in direct covert actions, e.g. Moskova attack, Crimea Airbase, and other commando raids.

However this YT account which appears to have well-placed Russian sources observes that the belief is that

the U.S. is not providing Mil Intel or SFs to Ukraine

The Russians know that it is the UK which has been directing sigint, satellite imagery and actual SFs boots on the ground. They know that the U.S. Military is standing down with respect to the war.
