I don't think it's your graphics driver, I have gaming card, and 4Gb RAM, and Rumble does that to me too. I think it's cause they don't have a whole lot of bandwidth.
Know what you mean, I did a deep dig, multiple posts and graphics on an NGO a couple years ago, was notabled a couple times, and now it's gone completely. Don't know what happened.

I play 1920X1080 60 FPS with no buffering trouble, but Rumble freezes up on me often. I figure it's low bandwidth on their end. No problems with other streaming sites, just Rumble.
