+++ Video from the north-east Ukrainian city of #Chernigov shows a clash between local Kiev regime police and gunmen from Ukraine's Kiev regime troops when the police tried to arrest a soldier under the influence of drugs / alcohol and the soldiers pointed their weapons at the Police officers. Shots can be heard in the air.
