The other day he was in #[[[RR]]]#. I think the #= spoken order/directive from Q and the 3 sets of brackets indicated he had 3 tasks. He just completed his first one (threatened congress w/ subpoenas).
This allows him to maintain blackhat optics while not actually hindering The Plan. Looking forward to his next 2 actions.
