Anon used to be correctional officer at juvenile correctional facility some time ago for state of Texas (really HIGH TURNOVER.) Anon noticed particularly females allowed to freely talk on dormitory communal phones attempt to convince fam & friend mostly juveniles on other end of phone to 'start trickn' 'get booty paid and was going to be next new hustle or RETURN JOB for others when released due to former pimp being disguised on 'family call list' trying to convince return. When taking issue with higher ups due to concern, found out was with 'infringing on minors rights' asking questions. Subject was 'Off Limits' due to trigger word philosophy used by state of Texas. Anon knows Children's juvenile justice system is governed by panel of 12 (many female liberal judges at the time from pictures seen on wall in admin sec) Tax dollars working against me is anon's pet peeve
