They are technically correct, however they neglect to mention their own participation in the attacks. Two Chinese submarine launced cruise missilees. One into the Pentagon. The other had a malfunction and went into default straight and level flight until it ran out of fuel over that field in Pennsylvania. If DC had foreknowledge and did nothing then yes technically inside job. Under Chinese duress. Remember the Chinese embassy that we flew a cruise into in Belgrade? Remember the Hainan Island incident where China damged and forced down a USN aircraft? This was all pre 9-11.

A cruise missile is actually a small jet aircraft that is launched using a rocket motor. The rocket motor quickly shuts off as the jet engine starts up for the flight. So it is technically a small jet aircraft. Has wings. Flies like jet plane.
