Here is a theory about how marxists cause antisemitism. Just think about it. For them, its the perfect scapegoat. Make the jews take all the blame for your ideological failure, and thereby you can cloak the true masters of leftist ideology (which are the governments and protected elites). This scapegoating will keep the resistance divided and the jews will stay distracted with imaginary nazis to even bother questioning actual leftists.
