Greetings,

My name is Ron Guilmette. I am an independent Internet researcher/investigator

located in Roseville, California.

I am writing to inform you that as we speak, the extremist web site that

distributed the shooter's "manifesto" after the notorious March 2019

Christchurch mosque shootings is being kept alive and on the Internet,

in part, by your company, Oy Crea Nova Hosting Solution Ltd (AS51765).

Your company, along with a few others elsewhere, is providing IPv4 peering

and transit to a U.S.-based network known variously as OrcaTech and/or

Vanwatech, AS398088. That company is in turn providing web hosting to the

following two web sites at the IPv4 address indicated:

23.163.176.2 8kun.top

23.163.176.2 stormer-daily.rw

Although it has changed its name several times, the first of the above two

web sites, in an earlier incarnation, was the web site that published the

"manifesto" of the shooter and mass murderer who perpetrated the Christchurch

massacre in New Zealand in March of 2019.

I am requesting that you immediately disconnect your network and your company

from the network known as AS398088, due to that company's knowing and very

deliberate hosting of the 8kun.top web site, which is the Internet's number

one outlet for QAnon conspiracy theories. Also, this same web site has a

well-known and well-documented history of publishing the "manifestos" of

numerous mass shooters.

I am also requesting you to cease all peering and transit services that you

are currently providing to AS398088 on the basis of that company's knowing

and deliberate hosting of the stormer-daily.rw web site, which is perhaps

the Internet's number one purveyor of neo-NAZI propagada at the present time.

You continued provision of services to AS398088 will not, I think, be good

for your business, or its public image.

I am making these requests to you in the hopes that you will have both

sympathy for, and also a decent respect for the many victims of the 2019

Christchurch massacre, as well as for the 97,000 Finns who died as a

result of the conflict with the German NAZI regime during World War II.

As Finns yourselves, I don't see how you can do less. However I

am fully prepared to take these matters up with your various peering and

transit providers, and to take other steps, as may be necessary, in order

to insure that you will discontinue your current peering and transit

relationship with OrcaTech/VanWaTech as soon as possible so as to limit

the ability of that company to further spread deranged QAnon and neo-NAZI

propaganda.

Please reply to this email as soon as possible and let me know if you do

or do not plan to cease your business with AS398088. If I do not have any

reply from you in short order, I will assume that you have elected to

continue your business with OrcaTech/VanWaTech and I will then have no

choice but to take other measures to try to persuade you to terminate that

business relationship.
