The Good and Evil of death.
The Evil likes to kill randomly. Keeps Evil in the shadows and less chance of them being killed off. Good returns less evolved souls back to the nether so they can progress more before returning to try again.
But when Evil controls the courts, everything is backwards. But if we fix the courts, we could kill (executions) the true evil in court and it would advance the intelligence and love of the planet.
But we've had Evil infiltrate our justice system a long time ago, and we know Evil does everything backwards. That's why we see many people exonerated of their crimes from days of past before technology. You will understand how they operate from studying the court cases. Nowadays they have to withhold exonerating evidence and outright alter evidence. It's what happens when you elevate Evil and put a boot to Good's neck.
