Right now fortifying my old farmhouse. Had walls buckled in basement of bath addition done in 1940's. Removed all block to one corner found broken footer. House swung 6 inches to stop 1 inch away from main house on one side. Removed old footer poured new and steel reinforced concrete footer.original was 6 inches x 12 inches no steel. Walls had no steel or concrete cells. Going up soon will be filled with steel and concrete. Be ready to push and set addition in place by end of next week.
