What if the woman is a female news reporter for TV or Print?
A quick search for "Fox News female reporters" shows a lot of images with similar hair style as in the Q photo. Example pics attached.
The location of the tarmac meeting is related to the "local news crew" visiting. I could not find news crews vehicles via image search, but this is a thought.
I could not find any images of her with painted nails.
