This is the Comand Infotainment System in the Mercedes. The view of the screen they are looking at is the 360 degree view.

1st panel is fuel consumption

2nd panel is the car from above (what is that yellow??)

3rd panel can be changed to different camera angles.

Window spacing matches 737. Also a 777 has a door under the T in United, this plane doesn't.

Secretary of State flies on Air Force 2 sometimes. As previous Anon mentioned, plane in the photo has no blue on it. Looks like a 737 based on window spacing and lack of door under the T.
