Best possible first release would be one that is redacted in a way so that it looks like POTUS is hiding something.

Then, MSM screams for full release. Along those lines, it's better that Sessions doesn't look like his hands have been on it. It's purely RR's baby. Looks more like POTUS is trying to 'soften' RR's report, especially since RR has been the painted as the black sheep by POTUS team lately.
