EXCLUSIVE: TRUMP RICO CASE II – Epstein Related Judge Recused Himself from Trump RICO Case Then Signed FBI Warrant for Raid on Mar-a-Lago – FBI Likely Took Docs to Hide from Case

The motives behind the FBI’s raid of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago are many. All relate to corruption in our government. None provide support for the raid.

President Trump unclassified documents related to Russiagate, the Deep State’s attempted coup of the Trump Administration. Then he filed a RICO suit against the government. This scared the bad actors in the Deep State.

It took a corrupt Clinton judge to step in and remove certain actors from President Trump’s case against the Deep State.

But this wasn’t the only suspicious or outright corrupt act by judges involved in the case.

There were actually many judges involved in this case. Not just Clinton Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks noted above. Five judges have participated in President Trump’s RICO case so far.

The list of recusals on the Trump RICO suit is sizable. The first magistrate judge to be assigned recused the day after the case was filed in March 2022. Epstein related Judge Reinhart was put on the case as a replacement magistrate judge in April because his predecessor had also recused. Since Reinhart, three additional magistrate judges have recused themselves (1, 2, and 3). The current magistrate judge, Patrick M. Hunt, has been on the case for only about five weeks now.

It’s important to note that the day before Reinhart recused himself (June 21, 2022), The president’s counsel filed an amended complaint. The original complaint was entered in March 2022; the amended complaint almost doubled the number of facts asserted in evidence. Many of the claims of facts in the amended complaint came from John Durham’s court filings (which made it difficult for the plaintiffs to deny their validity).

It was after Trump’s second filing that the exodus of magistrate judges began. Following the filing of the amended complaint was a request from the U.S. Department of Justice (“United States”) to substitute itself as a defendant for five of the original defendants: Comey, McCabe, Strzok, (Lisa) Page, and Clinesmith.

The request was filed on July 14, 2022. This is noted in our prior post attached above. It’s unheard of that the federal government would attempt to replace three fired former employees (Comey, McCabe, and Strzok), one convicted former employee (Clinesmith), and another former FBI employee who resigned (Page). The DOJ in this motion asserted that all the actors’ actions were legitimate, including Kevin Clinesmith’s behavior of falsifying claims for the FISA authorization on Carter Page which was deemed a criminal act by the courts.

Note also that this whole time the DOJ knew what President Trump brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, since at least February of 2022. The FBI also sent someone to look into Mar-a-Lago on June 3, 2022 as well.

Then on August 4, 2022, in response to Clinton Judge Donald Middlebrooks granting the government’s request, the Trump team responded. President Trump’s team filed an opposition to the judge’s July 21 decision to substitute the United States and dismiss the complaint against the FISA Five. The opposition motion opened with this argument:

“DEFENDANTS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO WESTFALL CERTIFICATION AS THEY ACTED OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT IN MALICIOUSLY PROSECUTING PLAINTIFF.”

On the same day, August 4, 2022, President Trump’s team filed an opposition against Hillary Clinton’s earlier motion to dismiss the RICO complaint (Clinton claimed the president failed to state a claim). His counsel also answered in opposition to motions to dismiss four other defendants.

The clustering of these events is significant because the warrant for the Mar-a-Lago raid was requested/issued on the next day, August 5, 2022.

Judge Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart – of Jeffrey Epstein’s defense – signed off on the Mar-a-Lago warrant for the U.S. District of Southern Florida 44 days after recusing himself from the RICO case against Hillary Clinton et al.

It’s now believed that the dirty cops were there at Mar-a-Lago to steal documents from the President that he declassified so they can then turn around and prevent the documents from seeing the light of day by claiming they’re part of an ongoing investigation.

Thousands of Top Scientists Admit: ‘Global Warming Is a SCAM’

Thousands of top scientists have signed a document declaring that global warming is a scam designed to advance a far-left globalist political agenda.

The World Climate Declaration declares that climate science “should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific.”

“Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures,” the declaration states.

Wnd.com reports: The declaration was organized by Climate Intelligence, an independent policy foundation founded in 2019 by Dutch emeritus professor of geophysics Guus Berkhout and Dutch science journalist Marcel Crok.

The U.K. website the Daily Sceptic reported one of the lead authors of the declaration, atmospheric physicist Richard Lindzen, has called the current climate narrative “absurd.” Yet relentless propaganda from grant-dependent academics and agenda-driven journalists has generated a widely accepted narrative that the science is “settled.”

“We should free ourselves from the naïve belief in immature climate models,” the WCD states. “”In future, climate research must give significantly more emphasis to empirical science.”

Last week, President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act, which spends $368 billion for “green” energy with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions by 40% by 2030. When Joe Biden was vice president under Barack Obama, the administration subsidized “green” energy with federal grants and tax breaks. Joe Biden himself announced in 2009 a $535 million loan guarantee for the solar panel company Solyndra to go along with $700 million in venture capital funding. Biden said the plant built with that money would power more than half a million homes. But two years later, the company filed for bankruptcy and shut down its operations.

The World Climate Declaration points out that since emerging from the Little Ice Age in the mid-19th century, the world has warmed significantly less than predicted by the U.N.’s International Panel on Climate Change’s models

“The gap between the real world and the modeled world tells us that we are far from understanding climate change,” the WCD states.

The declaration argues Earth’s climate has varied, with cold and warm periods, for as long as the planet has existed, and it is “no surprise that we are experiencing a period of warming.”

The climate models “are not remotely plausible as global policy tools,” ignoring, for one, the benefits of carbon dioxide, which is “not a pollutant.”

“It is essential to all life on Earth,” the declaration says. “Photosynthesis is a blessing. More CO2 is beneficial for nature, greening the Earth; additional CO2 in the air has promoted growth in global plant biomass. It is also good for agriculture, increasing the yield of crops worldwide.”

There is no statistical evidence, the signatories say, “that global warming is intensifying hurricanes, floods, droughts and such-like natural disasters, or making them more frequent.”

“There is no climate emergency. We strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050.”

Last year, Steven Koonin, an under-secretary of science in the Obama administration, published a book titled “Unsettled” that said “the science is insufficient to make useful projections about how the climate will change over the coming decades, much less what our actions will be.”

The idea that climate change is settled demeans and chills the scientific enterprise, he contended, “retarding its progress in these important matters.”

In 2020, the long-time green activist Michael Shellenberger wrote a book called “Apocalypse Never” that lamented the conversation about climate change has “spiraled out of control.”

Ukraine Begins Arresting People Who Distribute Russian Humanitarian Aid: “You Must Leave Them to Die”

Ukrainian citizens who offer humanitarian aid to Russians will be arrested and imprisoned for “collaboration,” Zelenky’s regime has announced.

“Receiving, distributing Russian humanitarian aid in occupied territories to be considered collaborationism,” the Ukrainian government announced Tuesday. “The law on collaborationism came into force on Aug. 16. According to it, acts of collaborationism will be punished by up to 15 years in jail.”

“According to the Interior Ministry’s spokesperson Alyona Matveeva, a person can be convicted for urging people to support the Russian military, taking or distributing Russian humanitarian aid, or providing Russia with information about the Ukrainian military.”

Informationliberation.com reports: Matveeva said punishments for “collaboration” would be determined on a “case-by-case” basis.

“For example, if a person called to support the military of the Russian Federation or provided some information, took humanitarian aid (from the Russians – ed.) and distributed it – this is one punishment,” Matveeva said (as translated by Google). “If it is about some more serious actions of a person, for example, when a person’s collaborative activity had such an impact that someone died because of it – the term in this case can be more serious, even up to life imprisonment.”

Punishing people and threatening them with prison for receiving humanitarian aid is truly a new low.

Newly-Obtained Moderna Documents Show mRNA COVID Vaccines Cause ‘Skeletal Malformation’ – Here’s What Happened To The Offspring Of Lab Rats Who Were Jabbed

Rats that were injected with Moderna’s experimental mRNA editing COVID vaccines developed rib malformations, according to documents newly obtained internal documents from the pharmaceutical giant via a Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch.

The government watchdog obtained 700 pages document package from the pharmaceutical company including excerpts of Moderna’s formal Biological Licensing Application application, a form drug manufacturers are required to submit to the Food and Drug Administration for approval.

“The documents have not yet been made public, but were analyzed by former pharma executive Alexandra Latypova and reviewed by The Epoch Times,” The Epoch Times reports.

The documents also contain test results of reproductive toxicology tests conducted on rodents. The test results confirm Moderna’s gene-editing shots cause skeletal disfigurement in the offspring of rats that were injected with doses of mRNA-1273 or Spikevax mRNA.

Six of 149 baby rats had wavy ribs and 5 of those also had rib nodules, according to Moderna’s internal documents.

“mRNA-1273-related variations in skeletal examination included statistically significant increases in the number of F1 rats with 1 or more wavy ribs and 1 or more rib nodules. Wavy ribs appeared in 6 fetuses and 4 litters with a fetal prevalence of 4.03% and a litter prevalence of 18.2%. Rib nodules appeared in 5 of those 6 fetuses,” the document states.

“F1” refers to a rat’s offspring in the document, “litter” is a reference to a group birth of rats, and “wavy ribs” refers to ribs that are deformed.
