What he was saying was that Steve Bannon and Putin do this, but I think everyone knows it's him and his side that accuse people of what they do because it's a way of confusing people. Like a child that you know is lying that keeps trying to convince you that they are telling the truth. The reason they lie so much is to keep their targets on the defensive. That way the target is too busy to fight back for example by talking about what the communists really do. Instead they make sure people only learn about the enemies of communism and to make the enemies of communism their enemies…without even knowing it.
