I am afraid there is a non-benign explanation for this.
Australia had initially ordered majority of non-MRNA vaccines, that the public were taking. So a disinformation campaign was arranged to highlight how dangerous the non-mRNA vaccines were, so that more Australians would take Pfizer and Moderna MRNA vaccines.
Which of course had 24/7 propaganda coverage as "safe & effective".
Australia ended up with perhaps the highest % take-up of mRNA vaccines in the world, in many cities approaching 98% coverage according to official numbers.
