If somebody does his duty, it's not a reason for special praise. Adm Rogers learned that unauthorized searches by various contractors were done on NSA surveillance databases,and as they were illegal, it was the absolute minimum he was obligated to do, to end it and inform the target, presidential candidate Trump. And also why did he then resign as fast as he could, why didn't he want to continue under Trump?
