they could get him on defacement of public property, but since it was never voted on by the public and was done with tax payer funds which already defaced the street he is just giving it another coat of paint. Not his fault he did not stay in the lines.

had a good friend who was affected by that. Everything has been tainted and it is terrible that they have been allowed to poison people like this for their entertainment. trapping it and cutting it may prove to be difficult might get other things instead. Hood cats spook easily but if you can start to get the animal to take the food from your hands that would be a start and then just stand next to it with out running would be the next while it is eating.
