“I am floored by what the division in this movement has turned some people into: the most awful version of themselves. 😔 And I mostly blame LIN WOOD. He has perpetuated the most ugly behavior in people that it seems commonplace now. He has created a den of “Christ-loving” rabid dogs who say the most hateful things. Lin seems to have some sort of spell on people and they get sucked in.

When John and I distanced ourselves from Lin, a best friend of ours and ex-Admin for TPV, Dave Hall/Dave Lincoln, totally turned on us in loyalty to Lin. Fine. But Dave took it to a new level today when he hatefully implied on social media that our postponed April event, which was due to my father’s ailing health, was not really an illness in “an elderly man” who is dealing with “nymphomania”. My dad is having many odd side effects from Covid and this overtly sexual behavior is one of them. It’s been awful for my family working thru this but how dare Dave go there and imply that it was a fake reason to postpone the event. The Lin rabid dogs, as well as Dave’s small group of followers, have cruelly jumped all over this. I am sickened by what I am seeing. Yet, in spite of how Lin has treated us and how he has hurt us (or tried to) financially, reputationally, etc, we refuse to stoop to that level and do things like post that black and white picture of Lin where he looks heavy, etc, etc. No way. I refuse to go there and be that person.

We are all in a spiritual battle, friends, and as we see the devil come out in people, we don’t need to join them. We are on the right side of this battle, friends. Rise above it and we WILL be victorious. God will never leave us nor forsake us.”
